Jayme P. Jares, LCSW, LAC
I enjoy working with a variety of individuals who feel motivated to understand themselves better and make changes that will positively impact their lives. I believe it is a powerful and healing process to show up to the emotional pain we experience by walking through it instead of away from it. It's a brave act of self love! I have worked in a number of settings including outpatient, residential and inpatient which has granted me the opportunity to understand the human condition from different angles. I have experience and enjoy working with a variety of populations including adolescents and adults. I am an EMDR-trained therapist and a CBT therapist.
Bryant F. Mawyer, LCPC
I am a Montana native with a deep commitment to supporting individuals of all ages on their unique journeys toward healing and self-discovery. My approach is person-centered, grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I prioritize creating a space where you feel truly heard, valued, and empowered throughout our therapeutic journey together. To best support your growth, I draw on a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Existential Therapy. This integrative approach allows us to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with compassion and intentionality, helping you uncover new insights and develop practical strategies for meaningful change. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 11 years of experience as a school counselor working with middle school students and families, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the unique challenges people face at different stages of life. In addition to my clinical experience, I firmly believe in the therapeutic power of our connection to nature. Growing up in the vast, natural beauty of Montana, I understand how time spent outdoors can help foster healing, clarity, and connection. Whether through mindfulness in nature or outdoor activities, I incorporate this holistic approach when appropriate to support clients in their journey. I prioritize creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can openly explore their challenges. If you are navigating life transitions, managing anxiety or depression, or looking to engage in personal growth, I am here to help you develop effective strategies and work towards your goals.
Stephen J. Burrows, LCSW
I thoroughly enjoy working with clients of all ages. I have had the opportunity to not only work with adults, but also with children, adolescents, and their families. My main emphasis is on a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients. I consider the therapeutic environment as best developed on an individual basis, with attention given to specific client driven goals and outcomes. I follow a strength based client-centered approach and enjoy therapeutic modalities including; Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Choice Theory. I also embrace a family systems approach and believe strongly in relationships and how those relationships interact with individual psychology. I am a strong proponent of family and couples therapy and find it to be one of the most valuable and productive approaches to establishing/reestablishing connection in relationships.
